On this landing site, we collect only the information you submit through the waitlist or contact forms, such as your email address, optional name, and message content.

3. Purpose and legal basis
We process this data to respond to your request, manage early-access communications, prevent abuse, and prepare the product launch. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in operating a secure waitlist.

4. Loi 09-08 and CNDP rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08, you may request access, rectification, opposition, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by writing to privacy@sportiiv.app. You may also contact the CNDP at www.cndp.ma.

5. Service providers
Emails and waitlist operations may be handled through Resend. Future venue discovery may use Google Maps Platform. These providers process data according to their own security and privacy commitments.

6. Retention
Waitlist and contact data is retained only as long as necessary for launch communication, support, legal obligations, and abuse prevention.
